This enables every member to play an active part in your strategy and create an environment that inspires people to be the best they can be. The key elements of creating a winning team are identified with an open discussion and agreement on ways to make your team more effective. All participants are personality profiled to enable management of key strengths and weaknesses.
Sales Mastery (4 hours)
A focus on Unique Selling Proposition, feature and benefit selling using emotional tie downs, Target Market and identifying A, B, C and D prospects
Learn how to get the edge over your competitors by communicating effectively with your prospect using personality profiling and NLP techniques. Each participant will complete their own DISC Personality Profile and understand their strengths and challenges while building the necessary skills to identify and communicate with other personality types.
Sales Growth (4 hours)
Learn the power of intention statements, the questions funnel leading to common agreement and design your own seven touch sales process.
Participants will become confident in handling common objections and presenting a “value proposition” which blows away price objections.
Discuss how to use relevant Key Performance Indicators to measure ongoing achievement of sales goals.
