A Complimentary Coaching Session is a brief “Health Check” consultation which takes a helicopter view of the performance of your business and the quality of life it is giving you. Our view is that a business is a vehicle to give you a better quality of life (fulfilment, money and time). From this standpoint we will highlight problem areas and evaluate future opportunities.
At the end of this meeting you will have a much clearer understanding of the current health of your business and identify some of the strategies that will turn things around. If we then both see a possibility to work together, we will discuss an appropriate coaching program that will deliver the results you want.

The Business Performance Evaluation process is a must for anyone in business. It’s your chance to have a Business Coach evaluate your business and identify the many untapped areas of potential. This process is usually conducted over two, 2 hour sessions and provides the information that will form the basis of your first 90 day Business Success Plan.
In this process, we’ll take an in depth look at your personal goals, your business goals, your current financial situation and measurement processes. We will also evaluate your Strategy and Direction, Administration, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Team and Personal growth areas. Most business owners we meet have a personal life which serves their business. We believe that your business is a tool to give you more time, more money and more satisfaction. The Business Performance Evaluation measures your business in these terms and clearly highlights focus areas for future coaching sessions.
